Sprinkling the Universal Dust (Poem)

As I begin yet another day
I’m compelled to whisper to myself and say
Another day of the same daily grind
As I realize that it is all in my mind
For each day that begins for me
Is a day of bittersweet memories I see
Days of tremendous gains
But also of many losses and pains
I am focused on lifting myself up
Through the sadness and anger that fills up my cup
While my cup is overflowing with all this strife
I begin to realize that this isn’t truly my life
I begin to spend more time alone
To meditate and to recapture my tone
This is a tone that uplifts me and fills me with joy
A melodic tone that chimes like a child’s toy
I lift myself up with a knowing
that the child-like essence of my very soul
is who I really am…my Authentic Self
Yes indeed, this is me…no more strife, no more toll…
I pick up my Crystal Bowl and rap on the side
And as I do, I realize this tone will always reside
Deep in my soul it resonates and I trust
The sprinkling of God’s Universal Dust
I Love Me, I trust in Me, I AM ME…

The Tone of Unconditional Love

I awaken with a new way of thought
for I have finally reached a place within my heart
a place where sunrises and sunsets
enchant me with their subtle meaning long forgotten
I am assured of a new day; of touching the stars
with my glistening mass of golden rays
I know this is yet a new day but it means so much more
it means a whole new way of living like never before
I feel abundance in my heart; the unconditional love
for this love knows no bounds and my ears hear the sounds
the tones of clarity are so profound
my vibration has lifted me to heights unknown before
Yet although this is a new vibration for me
somehow I now see that I always knew
for the vibration I now feel was of a time
an ancient time so many million years ago…
I feel loved by the universe in all that I do
I feel embraced by the touch of the golden age
I now know what true freedom means in my heart
for now what was once separated is no longer torn apart
I have reached the heights unknown to many
yet with my discovery I know that I must carry
this tone…this vibration…this unconditional love
to every man, woman, and child given from above

When we rise up to embrace the day
We are unaware of the surprises coming our way
God brings the unexpected into our lives
As we open our hearts and hear him say:
"The essence of the heart
Is to engage in true love
For with true love you will learn
all the lessons from above"
Without experiencing true love
and compassion in our life
We are unable to truly know what
unconditional love is due to all the strife
Unrequited love brings so much sadness
The wracking pain in our heart hurts so much
However if we only knew we were experiencing for God
We would accept it, embrace it, and know we have been touched
God is beyond human emotions
However, he feels our pain and discontent
He knows all the reasons why we hurt
because he knows our heart and intent
When your true love ignores you
And when their silence becomes deafening to your ears
Know that God will never ignore you or be silent
Because God understands you and your cries he hears
When true love surrounds your heart
With a wrenching pain of neglect and despair
Know that God will never neglect you
For God holds you in his arms with love and care
When the one you love doesn’t love you back
That is OK for that is a choice
But always know that God will never forsake you
For God loves you and he always hears your voice
So when true love has broken your heart
And you don’t know what to do
Know that God loves you
and he promises to open a new door for you
True Love is in the moment
For each moment is all we have
God knows this and will surprise us
With a new love that will sooth our pain like a salve…

Today I felt inspired to write about Unconditional Love and living a Balanced Life. What does this mean? What does it not mean?
What does this mean exactly? To live a balanced life is to live a life where one is in touch with their inner self, their higher spirit, directly in tune with God.
Within each one of us is elements of the masculine and feminine aspects of both intellect and emotion. When we separate the two, we are floundering with misunderstandings because we are looking at the world and each other under the light of disillusion and with the lens of duality. Merge together the masculine and feminine within and one will achieve balance.
How do we do this? First, be more in touch with who you are, your Authentic Self. Your Authentic Self is who your soul is, your identity, your Spiritual DNA.
In order to get in touch with who you are, spend time learning and loving you. What makes you happy? What brings bliss and joy into your world? What are you passionate about? What do you desire and want? Meditate and pray, spend time alone and listen, truly listen for God and your spirit guides will assist you with learning and understanding what self-love is. With self-love, we are able to rediscover our Authentic Self.
One of the biggest drivers and motivators of our intellect is our ego. With that, our emotions are tied into the conditions and expectations driven by the ego. The ego has its place in our world because God created our ego with an understanding that our ego assists us with our life lessons. Most of our life lessons were and are driven by our egos. Our ego oftentimes sets us up for failure. It is with faith, belief, and knowing that God is the true driver of our life that assists us with the ability to release our ego and embrace the love.
When we are able to release the ego and moderate its intensity, we are able to relax and just go with the flow of being who we really are, our Authentic Selves.
When we can look into the mirror and really see ourselves as God sees us for God loves us unconditionally, we are then able to release self-judgments, self-hate, shame, guilt, and all those negative emotions that we have had stored up our entire lives. We are to learn to not be so hard on ourselves, to embrace that we are Children of God, and as such, we are powerful creator beings. We create the very world we live in with God’s loving hand. The portrait that is the masterpiece of our life was painted by God with a hand by you. You are empowered with the unconditional love of God. There is absolutely nothing that you can’t do. You are truly a powerful creator being of love and light.
What does this not mean? To be balanced is to know that there is no hierarchy, there is no domination and submission for there is no desire to control or dominate others. There is no desire to submit our will and power over to another. There is no need to “submit your will to God” for God resides within you. All that you do is for and about God even if you aren’t aware of it. God knows your heart and intent for God lives within your heart and sees all.
We are a Child of God and God doesn’t demand, expect, or require anything from us for he loves us unconditionally. There are no conditions and there are no rules. If we stop depending upon things external to us to create balance, we will become more and more aware of the Truth that always resided within. With unconditional love of self and the release of the ego, we become a balanced being within and are able to create balanced relationships with others.
Live by this and you shall know true freedom. God knows your heart and intent no matter what you say and do for God loves you unconditionally. This alone brings about empowerment and balance to our lives.
There is so much more to this Universe than many of us are even aware, but we will become more and more connected as our awareness increases and the veil is lifted.
Until then, there are many of us who are relegated to belief systems that hierarchies are necessary and that there cannot be a relationship without a leader and a follower. Did you know that by believing that there must be a leader and a follower, that there must be domination and submission, we are taking away the empowerment that God has instilled in each one of us?
The focus isn’t on hierarchies or whether one is a leader or follower, but rather are we balanced and are we effectively utilizing our skill sets to help each other and the world? Some people serve as natural born leaders, but always with a fairness and compassion of the heart to fully utilize their skill sets without the use of the ego-driven passions of domination, control, and expectation of submission from one’s followers. To be balanced is to understand and embrace your leadership skill sets with a knowing that you are bringing organization to chaos, not domination over one’s followers. Remember, release the ego and embrace love.
There are those who may say that we cannot have a world without leaders and followers. That is true for natural born leaders bring about organization out of chaos; however, that leader has an understanding that he/she is here to serve those that follow and again always with compassion and unconditional love. True leaders are not dominating and controlling. True leaders do not need to dominate and control. Those that lead also follow and those that follow also lead. This is the balance we have within us for we serve in both functions throughout our lives.
God gave us the freedom to choose. I choose to be balanced within me and in all my relationships. I’m a spirit living in the human condition and as such, this is an ongoing process to learn to release the ego and embrace the love.
Be balanced in all things for with that you too shall know freedom. Much blessings and love to you as you continue down your life path with a knowing that you are unconditionally loved. Embrace the empowerment of the soul…always with unconditional love and compassion as you live a balanced life…

Today, I was inspired to write about Unconditional Love and Sex. In my life experiences, I have found that Sex without Love is empty and unfulfilling. Yes, Sex is wonderful in the moment and the fun, laughter, and joy may carry on until tomorrow or the next week or even months, but what ultimately happens is that it becomes less joyful, less fun, and not much laughter. Eventually, it fades away…
Sex with Love, but with conditions, may last for days, weeks, months, or even years, but your soul is unfulfilled for each day is lived with extreme highs and extreme lows…moments of beautiful love and moments of the deepest hate and ALL for another that feels the same way about you. This cycle of ups and downs can go on forever and in the end one is left feeling empty and alone even if living with another…
Sex with Unconditional Love is a whole new world of beauty, joy, laughter, and peace for you are truly free. When you meet someone that you feel an instant soulful connection, you are intrigued and want to learn and know more about them. The connection grows and although you may not be physically together in that moment, the connection you have is real and lasting. Read my previous postings for further clarification on what Unconditional Love truly means, but to summarize, unconditional love is to love with no conditions not like this example, ”if he would just tell me he loves me or if he would just show me some appreciation”. Love yourself and appreciate yourself for with that, you will not need to lay down conditions to be loved for you are loved and YOU KNOW IT!!!
Once you love yourself unconditionally by forgiving yourself of all things you have ever done for only you can truly forgive you, you will then and only then know the meaning of true Freedom. God, the Universe, has already forgiven you for God loves you unconditionally so forgive yourself and love you unconditionally. With the newfound freedom that you will discover with loving yourself, Sex for the purpose of just Sex, will not fulfill your soul. You may feel the sense of fulfillment from the Sex act itself or just from the affection and passion, but without unconditional love, it will leave you feeling just as empty as you did before it all began.
We are all souls seeking unconditional love, but until we truly understand that this is obtained internal to you and not dependent upon external validation, this freedom will open you up to discovering the meaning of “True Love”…UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR YOURSELF FIRST AND FOREMOST…

Today, I am inspired to write about passionately loving your life in the very NOW moment. To be in the NOW moment is to truly LIVE right now, not for the future and not for the past, for NOW.
We are a people that were created to give, share, and serve. If you are a believer of Jesus Christ than you know his message, but now is the time to live his message and it begins with YOU. YOU are responsible for everything that happens around you. YOU are responsible for YOU, your health, your well-being, your very existence.
Jesus said to bless the food you eat, bless what you drink…so start there by blessing what you ingest into your body and you will receive the healthful benefits that you envision. Jesus said to serve others and by serving others you are serving God. This is true as well for we are ALL God’s children and by serving your brother, your sister, you are serving ALL.
People, please focus on how Jesus lived as well and ALL of his inspirational, truthful messages for he was trying to give everyone all the answers that you will ever need to all the questions you have in your heart. He was giving you tips to the answers that you actually already know in your heart. It is just a matter of “remembering”…
Yes, we have been taught to focus on his death in order to get into heaven, but Jesus’ focus was to live life and serve, give, and share. By focusing solely on his death, we are missing the true messages which begins and ends with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!!
By passionately living life in the NOW moment, you become more aware of what is occurring around you. Yes, the Media shares with us all the negative things that are out there from the Swine Flu, to Terrorists around every corner, to this, to that, and all based on FEAR. Is this FREEDOM? NO!!! Living in a state of FEAR is not living in the NOW. Once you release the FEAR, the GUILT, and forgive yourself of everything and begin to truly LIVE, you will now know true FREEDOM.
Ask yourself this question: Would God truly turn his/her back on me ever? NO! How could God do this if he/she loves us with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE??? The key is to live a beautiful life filled with giving, sharing, and serving just like Jesus did. For by giving, sharing, and serving to all of humanity beginning with YOU, your family, your friends, strangers, people you have never even met in person, all animals, all of nature, by doing this very thing, you will FEEL FREEDOM like you have never known before.
I’m not asking anyone to give up their traditional religious teachings for that is not my Life Purpose. My Life Purpose is to give, serve, and share with ALL of YOU with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!! I have also learned that whenever I face negativity in this world, to ask myself how Jesus would respond. For Jesus was the most advanced soul to have walked planet Earth and he came here to assist us with understanding the true meaning of LIFE and to live life with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!!
I suggest that we all minimize our exposure to the media and any negativity that permeates around us. Value your positive vibrations like Third World says, “Positive Vibrations, YEAH”…Value how you FEEL and do not allow anyone to take that away from you. BELIEVE, TRUST, AND KNOW!!! The Three most valuable words to follow as you give UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!! The more you share Unconditional Love, the more that you will receive in return and this is a guarantee…

Unconditional Love
Masters and Ascended Masters
A discussion on Masters and Ascended Masters to further clarify my poem entitled, “Unconditional Love” inspired by Ascended Master Tupac Shakur
We are all “Masters of our Fate” as I’m sure you all have heard before. Well, as a Truth Seeker and Truth Sayer, we are all Masters no different from the Ascended Masters, Teachers, Prophets, and Truth Sayers such as Jesus, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Siddhartha Guatama Buddha, Mohammad, Babaji, Paramahansa Yogananda, Saint-Germain, Rakoczy, Moses, Kuthumi, Melchizedek, Quan Yin, King Solomon, White Buffalo Calf Woman, Lady Nada, Hilarion, St. Francis of Assisi, El Morya, to Martin Luther King Jr., Abraham Lincoln, John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, to John Lennon and yes, Tupac Shakur. There are so many more that I could do a blog just on all the well-known Ascended Masters and for those who believe in many of the Greek, Hindu and other Gods and Goddesses, just know that my point here is that there are so many Ascended Masters and yet you all are Masters as well and when you pass on, you will be an Ascended Master.
Since we are all Masters, remember that those who have departed, your ancestors, are all Ascended Masters and are looking out for you. Also know that they are not resting, they are working on our behalf on the other side to infuse us with the knowledge of unconditional love so that we may all learn our life lessons and one day ascend with them. I believe that when we die, we are not “resting in peace” for we are in peace; however, we are “resting in love” that resides in the hearts of the living and once we all meet again on the other side, we will know this to be the TRUTH.
We are all equal no matter your status in life, whether you are famous or not, whether you are wealthy or not, whether you have authority or not, for you all are powerful within yourselves. Yes, there is a fear that if people do not follow the writings of the Bible, and other very sacred writings that you are doomed to Hell or something worse, but even the Qur’an indicates that one “believe in only what we have verified for ourselves”; therefore, if you really listen to your heart and you really reach inside of you, you will understand that the teachings of the Ascended Masters was always with a focus on LOVE. If LOVE is the operative word than why would our Father God condemn anyone to burn for Eternity? There is no justification in my mind for this nor does it resonate in my heart…What do you think?
My truth is that we are all connected, are all ONE regardless of who we are, where we are, or how we are perceived. We as a collective consciousness can change the world and only by understanding that we are connected.
Think about this for a moment, by consistently returning to a world that indicates you must feel guilt for just a mere thought leaves you with very little to feel good about, don’t you think? If guilt creates pain which begets negativity which begets physical ailments, this cannot be good for your soul. Don’t you agree? Then why do we continue to believe in this when it does us no good? Now I do believe our thoughts are very important for again we are “Masters of our Fate” which means that our very thoughts can manifest into our reality so be careful with your thoughts and focus on positive thoughts as often as possible, but do not feel guilty about your thoughts. If they make you unhappy, change them. If you don’t feel love, give love out and I promise you, you will feel love. It may not come from the source you sent it to, but it will come and it will be in abundance…
Yes, I am a Christian; however, I’m not touting a change in your beliefs, I am merely asking you to become a Truth Seeker and find the answers to the questions on your mind. If you ask yourself a question, listen to the immediate answer that comes to you…for that will be the correct answer. A Truth Seeker is also a Truth Sayer for speaking the truth from the heart, with unconditional love, is what all Ascended Masters were about. Many disagreed with them and some, such as Jesus were put to death for speaking the truth. There are other Ascended Masters that were killed for touting the truth and because of this, we must learn our lessons now that speaking the truth collectively will allow us to grow, learn, love, and find the happiness that we so richly deserve.
This is my truth and this is my belief and at no time do I want to offend anyone. I am merely asking you to think through all of this to get to the TRUTH for if you remember what Ascended Master Jesus said, “Seek and ye shall find”, that is the TRUTH. If you limit yourself to only what you read and do not go within to discover the TRUTH, you are like lambs sent to slaughter which is just a description of how little you can attain in life if you only follow the teachings you have been shown. You must look within for all the answers are within you. “Ask and you shall receive” was also stated by Ascended Master Jesus for a reason. As I have stated in previous blogs, please know that Jesus’ life and all other Ascended Masters from all religions, from all cultures, from all doctrines, from all historical perspectives were all speaking the TRUTH and we must learn to study their lives, not their deaths. Death is the end of human life, but the spirit never dies as you all already know; therefore, please go to a quiet place to meditate or just to simply be alone to clear your mind. Then ask yourself these three questions:
1. Who am I?
2. What is my Life Purpose?
3. How may I give unconditional love?
The answer that comes to mind immediately is the answer for you. Once you begin to question that answer is when your thoughts begin to turn into muddied waters and clarity is difficult to attain. Clearly see the very simple answers before you.
I don’t profess to know all the answers for anything and I’m only speaking from my own truth; therefore, your truth and your reality may differ, but I believe that we will all begin to see the truth the same for we are all connected and if any of this already resonates for you, then you are on the right path. If it doesn’t, you are still on the right path for you read through all of this in the hopes of seeking the TRUTH!

Unconditional Love
In Honor of those who have Departed, our Ancestors, and all Truth Sayers!
In God we Trust in the truth
As we know it today
For without God in our lives
We know for sure it isn’t the way
However I’m going to bring something new
To the table today
For you all to understand
That the Masters are the truth and the way
To understand that life is but an illusion
and we are reminded all the time
that fame and fortune indicates superiority
yet I tell you it all isn’t worth a dime
The Brotha in prison and the Brotha in the White House
Are the same for their souls are fused
And connected not separated
We are all ONE, so don’t get confused
It is not how Jesus died on the cross
That will take us to the Promised Land
For it is how he lived as a Truth Sayer
Walking in his footsteps in the sand
If Jesus were here in body and form
He would remind all of us
That his Father and Mother are our parents
And that our bodies are just mere dust
It is our souls that are immortal
And our spirits that are on high
For God has directed us
To stand up for living not just to die
I am taking you to a new place
In this time and space
To remind you that you are all God’s children
No matter what you do or who’s on your case
For our Heavenly Parents
Love us no matter what we do
And there is no Hell
Just love and happiness for you
Yes, there is karma and it is a bitch
But so very necessary to learn
To be better souls, spiritual you see
And a loving God would never let you burn
Take a moment to open up your eyes
Keep your Head to the Sky
Understanding that unconditional love
Is here with you now and you will never truly die
Our Heavenly Parents love us unconditionally
And as Tupac said in his rap, “Unconditional Love”
“You never treated me bad,
no matter who I was, you still came with Unconditional Love”
