Unconditional Love and Choices

March 2nd, 2010

Today, I felt inspired to write about Unconditional Love and the Choices that we make in our relationships. Have you ever made a decision and later regretted it with the hopes of retracting what you said or did? Why did you make the decision in the first place? What was your driver? Was it your ego/mind or your heart? This is very important because seldom is a decision or choice ever made from the heart that one regrets later.

When we speak of unconditional love, we are speaking of a love that has no conditions whether this love is for a person, place, or thing (such as our passions). Your choice to love was decided long ago so why are you now placing conditions on that love? The primary reason is the ego/mind. The ego/mind dictates to us that we are feeling a sense of lack or need. We feel as if we are not being given what we feel we lack or need. This is the bottom line and the biggest reason for regrets in relationships.

Why do we choose to go the path of the ego/mind when we have known that this path has never served us? Why do we repeat the same patterns expecting a different outcome? When we release the need to dictate conditions and when we stop looking at only what we feel and think about a situation or relationship, only then are we able to see clearly and to understand that our decisions and choices are here to be made with unconditional love. If we choose any other route, we will find that we have regrets.

I have received responses to this thought from those who believe that when you follow the heart, you are destined for pain and suffering. The reason we would believe this to be the case is because we associate the heart with pain and suffering. It is not the heart that causes suffering and pain; it is the ego/mind. It is the ego/mind that requires healing, not the heart.

The heart is resilient, the heart is courageous, the heart always “knows” because the heart is your soul. Your soul always knows ALL, but it is your ego/mind that questions. An open heart is one that will overcome all negativity. An open heart is able to see clearly. An open heart is filled with love for self first and foremost and with that, the open heart doesn’t need to reach for the ego/mind to justify its existence.

Unconditional love is a challenge for many because we have been taught to believe that if one doesn’t react the way we would prefer or doesn’t take the actions that we expect, we are to withdraw our love from them. Why is this? This is because one is focused on the ego/mind and one is choosing not to express their authentic self. When we make a decision that brings sorrow and pain to us, haven’t we made a choice that is contrary to our authentic selves? Our authentic selves thrive on joy and happiness, unconditional love and compassion. Our authentic selves suffer when we make choices contrary to our heart as well.

Have you ever ended a relationship because of your ego? Have you ever walked out of a situation because of your ego? Have you ever suffered in your relationships because of your ego? Are you even aware that it is your ego that is the leader in any event that breeds negativity, contentiousness, and animosity?

The ego/mind has its place in our existence because with our ego/mind, we take actions required to achieve our passions. The ego/mind is instrumental in reaching our zenith because without the ego/mind, we might not get dressed every day. The ego/mind keeps you moving and focused on your goals; however, the ego/mind can also cause crises and issues with your goals. It is truly a balance of the ego/mind and heart that creates abundance in our lives.

Our ego/mind is where thoughts are born. When we heal ourselves of the limitations of ego and allow our mind and heart to be engaged in a balanced alignment of energy, we have reached the space and place where our choices are made with unconditional love.

Walk your life path by focusing on making choices centered in the balanced arena of the heart and the ego/mind…always with unconditional love…

The Journey of Passionate Love
By Cheryl F. Batoon

Today is a day where love just seems to shine its beacon of light wherever I look. As I look down, I see love in the ground, in nature, and even in my slippers. Yes my slippers. They have taken me through days of comfort and have given me love over and over again…my feet are warm, comfortable, and I do feel loved!

Look to the right and you see your partner, your children, and your family members. To the left, you see your friends, your co-workers, and all those folks that have been there for you even though they are not related by blood. This is your Soul Family.

Behind you, you see those that you have said good-bye to for whatever reason, thru a mutual decision, thru no decision of yours at all, thru death, or whatever means that led to them no longer being in your life.

In front of you is your journey of passionate love. This road is the path that both you and God had discussed and agreed upon before you set foot on Earth. This is your life purpose, your passion; this is your journey of passionate love.

Finally, we look up and we see the beautiful infinite sky. This is where True Love was born! Keep your head to the sky, keep your arms outstretched to embrace those to the left and right, keep your feet grounded so that you are able to receive these beautiful blessings, and remember to no longer look back for those you have left behind were not a part of God’s Journey of life for you. Their moments were fleeting, their moments were lessons, their moments were of love, their moments will be missed, but their moments are over in this lifetime…send them all your blessings and love, but no longer look back.

Get those beautifully loved feet back to moving to the rhythm of the heart and to the percussion of God’s ever loving beat…as God shines the beacon of light to show you the way…love is here now and more is awaiting you on that path. Are you ready???!!!

Much blessings and love to you as you live your life strolling down “The Journey of Passionate Love”.

Humanhood & Unconditional Love

HUMANHOOD
By Cheryl F. Batoon

My Brothers and Sisters, we have discussed what it is to be in Brotherhood and Sisterhood, but I had a friend ask me what about “Humanhood”? Yes, what about Humanhood? Is this really a word? If not, it should be a part of our vocabulary because we are truly Humans living in our Hood of our own making. We are bonded as Humans, not just as Brothers and Sisters.

To be in a state of Humanhood is to live in camaraderie, to live in faith, to live with a knowing that we are all connected. It may be difficult to accept at times because there are those souls that we just do not feel camaraderie with no matter how much we try. Even in those instances, remember the kindness that resides within, remember the unconditional love. This means you have no conditions; however, not everyone is going to believe in you and support you nor do they want you to support them because we may not be of the same soul family in that moment in time. That is OK because the goal here isn’t for everyone to see the exact same things or to even believe in the same Truths. It doesn’t matter how we believe or our Truth because all that matters is LOVE…

Brotherhood and Sisterhood is a bond between those of the same gender or essence. We are talking the Masculine and Feminine energies that reside within each one of us. As we bond with our Brothers and Sisters, we are removing the separation of gender and reengaging the bond that we all have with each other as Humans, Humanhood if you will.

As a bond of Humanhood, kindness, respect, love, and compassion are the layers of feelings that are within our memory cells. These are the emotions and actions that have always resided within. We forget who we are authentically because we are caught up in the Belief Systems (BS) that we have always been taught. When we step back from the teachings and release the need to hold onto the past, we are opening our hearts to the knowing that has existed for millions of years…we are all souls, connected, intertwined, and we are all Children of God. We are not separate from God for God resides within. We are never alone for we are always connected to our Source Energy of ALL, God. We are directly connected to the Universe. The entire Universe is here for us if we just open up to embrace the love that is readily available to us.

Humanhood is a state of being, an existence that we chose. This existence was not chosen for us, we chose it. We decided to come into this world and live the life path that is destined for us by our very choice. God gave us the amazing gift of self-will. A God, that some term as a jealous God, cannot be such for a jealous God would never have given you the gift of self-will. That self-will means you can choose not to love God even though God loves you. Why would a jealous God give you self-will? Why would a vengeful God give you that choice with a knowing that you could “fail” to live up to what you may term God’s expectations for you?

God wants what is for the greater good of you. What is the greater good of you? What do I mean by that? The greater good of you is what brings you the highest state of being, your highest state of joy and happiness.

Humanhood is a gift because this is a “coming together” of all Humans. I believe 2010 is the “Year of the Soul” because 2009 transformed us from just being “Human” to being a “Spirit” living in the Human condition, a true state of being. We were always a Spirit, but we spent too many years with our heads held down, not looking up to the sky, not recognizing the sun and all its glory, not appreciating what Mother Nature has brought to all of us as gifts, and because we were under the veil of delusion and illusion for far too long. 2009 lifted us up from that place where we really didn’t know who we were and are. We have now rediscovered our Authentic Self. The next step is to determine what we are going to do with this newly rediscovered gift of our Authentic Self.

The new calendar year in 2010 is a “Year of the Soul” for me. It is the time when we will move forward as our Authentic Selves, no longer living under a façade, a mask of delusion, and are now reawakening to our soulful connections, our spiritual desires and wants, our knowing that all is about freedom of the heart, freedom of the soul. Once again, Humanhood is the bond we are forming from soul-to-soul leading us closer to our Heaven on Earth…we chose this with our self-will so what are we going to do next? That is all up you, the choice is yours, what are you going to do?

Humanhood: The bonding of Humans, Brothers and Sisters, united to give, serve, and share with self and others, as the true Spiritual, Soulful Beings that we are…

Much blessings and love to you as you live your life, making your choices, and doing your do…bonded in Humanhood…

If Just for One Moment…(Poem)
By Cheryl F. Batoon

If just for one moment, I want to feel your heart beating next to mine
I want to feel the rustle of the sheets as we lay side-by-side
Enchanted with your kisses; mesmerized by your soulful eyes
I never knew a touch could mean so much…

If just for one moment, I want to know that the sky will open up one day;
Pick us up with the wind and take us sailing homeward bound
Laughing and playing while loving and holding one another
Baby, you belong to me, if just for one moment…

If just for one moment, I would rather be with you until I’m through
I would rather be with you until that day we fly away
I just love that smiling face in the early sun,
if I can’t have you to myself, life’s no fun…if just for one moment…

If just for one moment, I will give you all the love I have to give
I’ll give you all I have inside; reaching deep inside my soul
For as a bird in a cage, you give me the freedom of an open door
And my love and soul soar from the heavens just for you…

If just for one moment, I would rather see your smile and hear your songs
Sweet love songs from the heart, straight from the heart
Because what we have is much more than anyone can see
Can’t you see the love from up above; our lives are changing Baby…

If just for a moment, I have filled the space in your heart with all I have to give
And as a bird in a cage, the door is open for you my love to soar free
For I have taken your love, balled it up in my hands and gently blew you away
So that you could soar free in the heavens and return ever so gently to the palm of my hands

If just for one moment, I would do anything just to be with you
I belong to you baby today and always until the day we fly away
In the sky, hand and hand, staring into each other’s eyes
No powerful love have I ever felt before…If just for one moment with you…

October 30th, 2009

Cover (3)

“My Four-Cornered Room” has been released for publication on Oct. 30, 2009 and available at http://outskirtspress.com/webpage.php?ISBN=9781432748630

My Four-Cornered Room” will take the reader into the realm of the human mind to witness each character’s foray into the deepest darkest depths of the soul to ultimately triumph amidst adversity. The author brings each character alive and you will find yourself crying with them through their pain and sorrow and laughing with them as they celebrate with their soul families. You will experience the richness of the soul amidst the travails of life.

This is a fictional novel that will surprise you with its ability to transcend your experience by delivering a world of reality in the creative form of dreams and fantasies. You will walk the path of each character in the first person as they transition from self into the collective consciousness of the soul family. Each character will take the reader from the “darkness of the soul” to the freedom and triumph of spirit. This is an inspirational, spiritual book that reminds us about unconditional love and compassion for one another as we all learn that we are one within the whole, our soul family.

This is a passage from “My Four-Cornered Room”.

Embrace this space for this is the place of diversity. This is when you are many parts of a whole from multiple dimensions. You are all those many dimensions. You are diversity within you as a whole of the One.

Much like the rainbow,
We are all the beautiful colors,
Much like the sky, we are steadfast and whole,
Much like the stars, we are bright and sparkly,
Much like the moon, we glisten and glow.

We are the sun for we rise each day to greet God
And set each night in gratitude for all;
Both the good and the not so good
Are treasured for all they do for the best of you

Let’s open our eyes to see Love & Light
Let’s open our hearts to embrace the Christ Consciousness
For we are a part of the whole,
We are one with the universe,
We are children of God,
We are in it together.

Each character is intimately portrayed in the reflection of what they see in the mirror. These emotions span the gamut from hate, shame, and guilt, to despair, and anger. These negative emotions create bitterness, anger, and sadness leading to health issues. In the midst of all of this negativity, we are able to see each character rise from the ashes much like the Phoenix…

The reader is guided through the lives of each character as they plan and prepare for a special ceremony that springs forth in the rebirth of the Twin Flame and the true soul family. Each character’s journey to this culmination of a soul bonding event leaves the reader in a place where he/she can take comfort in the beauty that life brings and the promise that “what we put out to the world always comes back.”

The author takes you on a magical trek through the myriad facets of the human mind and heart. The reader will travel with the characters as they plunge into their deepest darkest point of the soul; each character is given a choice, a decision, to turnaround their lives. What will they do? What direction will they go? Will they follow the path of spirit with the light of unconditional love and compassion?

While reading this novel, we are reminded that life may be filled with struggles and challenges; however, through the self-will and choices, one is able to overcome those challenges. As the story develops, the reader will experience the reality of many of the character’s experiences. The author brings clarity and a striking semblance of understanding with each character and ultimately, their choices and decisions. The author takes the reader to a world of fantasy amidst what could only be coined the reality of many.

As we travel through this captivating book, we are carried to the present where we grow and learn with each character as they follow their life path. We observe through these experiences how important people are to our life and our life purpose. We realize that others bring about change and we learn to understand what it means to embrace that change.

The reader is swept away in the throes of intense love and heartbreak to include adultery, lies, deceit, and divorce to the world of online dating and the “games people play”. We are shown how to really love one another and what true love actually means. We experience the rediscovery of the true love, the one, the Twin Flame.

We are taken on a journey of self-discovery within the heart. We are taught how to relearn to love our self in order to truly love another. We understand that the “Union of the Soul within is a reflection in another”. We are then brought forward from the intense love and heartbreak to a place where we rediscover self-love and remember who we really are, our authentic selves. We are living these lives right along with the characters as we visit their world of dreams, desires, fantasies, and wishes on the rainbow of life…these colorful characters show us the love that resides within the heart and is captured within the soul.

The reader is introduced to Derek, a young 17 year old that has been incarcerated for attempted murder. We experience his life through his eyes and words and we are swept up in his pain and anguish. Derek is living in his four-cornered room in every facet. We observe Derek’s internal journey of change through his dialogue with wisdom.

We then meet Teena, a 17 year old with a flair for the dramatic as she struggles with her existence as a young teenage girl caught up in a world of which she feels no real connection. Teena is living within her four-cornered room as well by dwelling on the pain of self-hate. Teena has found her comfort with the “Meth” pipe and her special box that maintains her answers to self-control and empowerment. We follow Teena as she faces her self-hate head on and rediscovers who she really is; her authentic self.

The author then takes us through the life experiences of two people who are spending too much time outside of their four-cornered rooms. They are focused on serving and giving to others while existing within an unbalanced world where they neglect self at the expense of others.
We are introduced to Luis, a 40 year old man that must face a sudden shift in his reality. His wife no longer loves him and has left the family. Luis has three daughters and is left with the burden of facing the world alone as a single parent. Luis opts to commit suicide and is faced with the many demons that have resided within his soul and were of his own making. We follow Luis as he faces one of the deepest darkest moments of the soul; when we are faced with life or death decisions.

Finally we meet Mena. Mena is 45 years old and faced with a life that has been stagnant and reeks of self-disgust and discomfort within one’s own skin. We find Mena living under the veil of delusion for she has spent the last 20 years of her life in a “desert period” where her career and marriage are no longer fulfilling. She is faced with the challenge of rediscovering herself.

The reader follows Mena through her life experiences and her dreams and desires. As we follow Mena along her journey, we see how she has used the Law of Attraction to fulfill her many desires and goals. Mena demonstrates how patience and perseverance have paid off in her life. She shows the reader how with strong desire, we are able to manifest the very dreams and passions we carry in our soul.

This book is a must read for those experiencing the darkness of the soul and seeking an uplifting novel that is truly nourishment for the spirit. This book is also a great read for those who love stories of triumph and great loves as we are taken to a world where fantasies become reality and just a simple dream can manifest and bring so much more than we anticipated. This book is also an adventure that will take you to a special celebration of love that you shall never forget.

You will find these characters rediscovering the unconditional love and compassion that always resided in their hearts. You will witness the transcendence from the 3rd dimensional focus on negativity and drama to a dimensional vibration that embraces joy, happiness, bliss, serenity, and peace.

The author brings all these characters together to a triumphant conclusion that will awaken your soul, reengage your spirit, lift up your vibrations, entrance you with the true love of the heart, and culminate with the reuniting of the true Soul Family.

The setting in this novel could be anywhere as the collective consciousness joins in the reunion of unconditional love and compassion within the soul. The author literally takes us to a place of transcendence to the 5th dimension and beyond.

You will find yourself pondering these questions and more as you relax and begin this spiritual journey. You will laugh, you will cry, you will feel many emotions, but in the end, you will smile and rejoice in “My Four-Cornered Room”…Enjoy.

Unrequited Love (Poem)

October 25th, 2009

Unrequited Love
When we rise up to embrace the day
We are unaware of the surprises coming our way
God brings the unexpected into our lives
As we open our hearts and hear him say:

"The essence of the heart
Is to engage in true love
For with true love you will learn
all the lessons from above"

Without experiencing true love
and compassion in our life
We are unable to truly know what
unconditional love is due to all the strife

Unrequited love brings so much sadness
The wracking pain in our heart hurts so much
However if we only knew we were experiencing for God
We would accept it, embrace it, and know we have been touched

God is beyond human emotions
However, he feels our pain and discontent
He knows all the reasons why we hurt
because he knows our heart and intent

When your true love ignores you
And when their silence becomes deafening to your ears
Know that God will never ignore you or be silent
Because God understands you and your cries he hears

When true love surrounds your heart
With a wrenching pain of neglect and despair
Know that God will never neglect you
For God holds you in his arms with love and care

When the one you love doesn’t love you back
That is OK for that is a choice
But always know that God will never forsake you
For God loves you and he always hears your voice

So when true love has broken your heart
And you don’t know what to do
Know that God loves you
and he promises to open a new door for you

True Love is in the moment
For each moment is all we have
God knows this and will surprise us
With a new love that will sooth our pain like a salve…

Unconditional Love and living a Balanced Life

October 5th, 2009

To be Balanced...

Today I felt inspired to write about Unconditional Love and living a Balanced Life. What does this mean? What does it not mean?

What does this mean exactly? To live a balanced life is to live a life where one is in touch with their inner self, their higher spirit, directly in tune with God.

Within each one of us is elements of the masculine and feminine aspects of both intellect and emotion. When we separate the two, we are floundering with misunderstandings because we are looking at the world and each other under the light of disillusion and with the lens of duality. Merge together the masculine and feminine within and one will achieve balance.

How do we do this? First, be more in touch with who you are, your Authentic Self. Your Authentic Self is who your soul is, your identity, your Spiritual DNA.

In order to get in touch with who you are, spend time learning and loving you. What makes you happy? What brings bliss and joy into your world? What are you passionate about? What do you desire and want? Meditate and pray, spend time alone and listen, truly listen for God and your spirit guides will assist you with learning and understanding what self-love is. With self-love, we are able to rediscover our Authentic Self.

One of the biggest drivers and motivators of our intellect is our ego. With that, our emotions are tied into the conditions and expectations driven by the ego. The ego has its place in our world because God created our ego with an understanding that our ego assists us with our life lessons. Most of our life lessons were and are driven by our egos. Our ego oftentimes sets us up for failure. It is with faith, belief, and knowing that God is the true driver of our life that assists us with the ability to release our ego and embrace the love.

When we are able to release the ego and moderate its intensity, we are able to relax and just go with the flow of being who we really are, our Authentic Selves.

When we can look into the mirror and really see ourselves as God sees us for God loves us unconditionally, we are then able to release self-judgments, self-hate, shame, guilt, and all those negative emotions that we have had stored up our entire lives. We are to learn to not be so hard on ourselves, to embrace that we are Children of God, and as such, we are powerful creator beings. We create the very world we live in with God’s loving hand. The portrait that is the masterpiece of our life was painted by God with a hand by you. You are empowered with the unconditional love of God. There is absolutely nothing that you can’t do. You are truly a powerful creator being of love and light.

What does this not mean? To be balanced is to know that there is no hierarchy, there is no domination and submission for there is no desire to control or dominate others. There is no desire to submit our will and power over to another. There is no need to “submit your will to God” for God resides within you. All that you do is for and about God even if you aren’t aware of it. God knows your heart and intent for God lives within your heart and sees all.

We are a Child of God and God doesn’t demand, expect, or require anything from us for he loves us unconditionally. There are no conditions and there are no rules. If we stop depending upon things external to us to create balance, we will become more and more aware of the Truth that always resided within. With unconditional love of self and the release of the ego, we become a balanced being within and are able to create balanced relationships with others.

Live by this and you shall know true freedom. God knows your heart and intent no matter what you say and do for God loves you unconditionally. This alone brings about empowerment and balance to our lives.

There is so much more to this Universe than many of us are even aware, but we will become more and more connected as our awareness increases and the veil is lifted.

Until then, there are many of us who are relegated to belief systems that hierarchies are necessary and that there cannot be a relationship without a leader and a follower. Did you know that by believing that there must be a leader and a follower, that there must be domination and submission, we are taking away the empowerment that God has instilled in each one of us?

The focus isn’t on hierarchies or whether one is a leader or follower, but rather are we balanced and are we effectively utilizing our skill sets to help each other and the world? Some people serve as natural born leaders, but always with a fairness and compassion of the heart to fully utilize their skill sets without the use of the ego-driven passions of domination, control, and expectation of submission from one’s followers. To be balanced is to understand and embrace your leadership skill sets with a knowing that you are bringing organization to chaos, not domination over one’s followers. Remember, release the ego and embrace love.

There are those who may say that we cannot have a world without leaders and followers. That is true for natural born leaders bring about organization out of chaos; however, that leader has an understanding that he/she is here to serve those that follow and again always with compassion and unconditional love. True leaders are not dominating and controlling. True leaders do not need to dominate and control. Those that lead also follow and those that follow also lead. This is the balance we have within us for we serve in both functions throughout our lives.

God gave us the freedom to choose. I choose to be balanced within me and in all my relationships. I’m a spirit living in the human condition and as such, this is an ongoing process to learn to release the ego and embrace the love.

Be balanced in all things for with that you too shall know freedom. Much blessings and love to you as you continue down your life path with a knowing that you are unconditionally loved. Embrace the empowerment of the soul…always with unconditional love and compassion as you live a balanced life…

Unconditional Love and Needs

September 26th, 2009

I felt inspired to write about a very sensitive topic, Unconditional Love and Needs. Needs mean different things to different people. We have all been trained on needing rather than desiring and knowing. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs was the training ground for many of us…we were trained on “Being Needy”…

Yes there are basic survival needs and yes there is a purpose for needs; however, the operative word is survival. Humans need food, water, and some shelter/clothing. Humans are also known to thrive with the human touch; however, this doesn’t explain those who thrive without human contact. They are content with nature and animals. So is human touch truly a need? I believe it is a desire, a want, a longing…

Many of us have a longing for the other half of us, a desire for our true love. There are those who have already found their other half; however, for those who have not, this is a longing for a part of you. Remember that longing for your true love is not the same as needing. This longing is at the heart level and includes the desire to hold and touch another human for it is in human form that we are able to truly touch one another. We long for this, but that isn’t the same as need.

Let’s break down the progression of needs in our life. When we were born, we learned how to obtain our basic needs by crying and demanding it. As we grew, we learned that by utilizing the same tactics we could obtain more than just our basic needs. We could also obtain what we desired and wanted; therefore, we focused our attention and actions on whining, crying, begging, manipulating, etc. to obtain what we wanted and desired. There were times that we realized that what we needed was unattainable; therefore, we became fearful of not receiving what we needed in the future. We became obsessed with that need and were filled with worry and fear. All a vicious cycle that takes us round and round with what we feel we need instead of what we truly desire and want.

Remember that desires and wants manifest when we truly stop needing them.

As we grow and thrive in a needy environment, we begin to see how we have expectations in all our interactions with others. We walk into our relationships already predicting the outcome and a bit insecure in the outtake because we have such a strong need for this relationship. Because of this strong need, we end up sabotaging it because we find what is lacking rather than what is abundant.

What creates neediness? Insecurity is the foundation for neediness. What fuels insecurity? Low self-esteem, doubts, distrust, suspicion, to the point that you manifest that very thing you were insecure about into your reality.

We experience insecurity within our families and friendships for we feel we will never be loved or cared for enough. We may feel that we are not receiving enough attention. We feel that we are unappreciated. Bottom line, we have conditions on the very thing we need.

We feel insecure in our romantic relationships when our love is fueled by need. When we have expectations on our mate that goes beyond the basic desire and knowing that we have a mate that is balanced within our relationship, we are placing conditions. We are placing expectations on our mate to be what we want instead of accepting our mate for who they are. We decide who and what our mate should be and with that, we need our mate to be that or our relationships fail…sometimes before the relationship has even left the gate!

Begin with loving you first for with love and acceptance of self, we are then able to love ourselves unconditionally. With that, we release the need. By releasing the need, we release fear and worry…all unnecessary for true love and all very distracting to the ability to grow and thrive in romantic relationships.

How do we release the need to need?

Release the fear and worry for there is nothing to fear except fear itself. Sometimes we confuse our fear and worry with our needs and we confuse our needs with our fear and worry because they are all the same…To need is to fear the loss of…when we need someone in our life so badly, we are imagining them as gone or we fear losing them. In this instance, we are focused on loss instead of abundance. We are not focused on our blessings which is the fact we have this beautiful relationship in our life in the first place. Are we grateful? Do we even see the blessings before us?

Release the fear of being alone. We fear being alone so we cling to family, friends, and/or significant others…again, needy. We do this because we have a fear of being alone. Why is that?

Love you – spend time looking in the mirror at you and really get to know yourself. Love you and know that you are a powerful being of God. As long as there are people in this world, you will never be alone unless you choose to. You are never alone in the spiritual realm. Love you for God, the Universe, loves you. If you don’t love something about yourself, change it…it is a choice, but always, always love you…

Once you have released the need to need, the fear of being alone, and have remembered how very unique you are, how very deserving of love that you are, you will begin to see the real you. You will see how very beautiful, intelligent, sharp, inspiring, giving, and sharing that you are. Love you.

Right now, begin to love life again and stop feeling that you need another. I struggle with this as well and it isn’t an easy task, but with patience and persistence, we will learn that needing anyone or anything is not the key to a wondrous life. It begins with loving you. Releasing the need, the ego’s desire, you are then able to embrace, accept, and receive your heart’s desire, your true abundance.

So be careful what you feel you need. Love you most of all for with unconditional love for self you will see that you no longer feel needy and you are now open and receptive to all that God, the Universe has for you. Focus on what you want not what you don’t want…

Much blessings to you as you go through life learning and growing; forever students achieving a life free of needing; yet abundant in desire and with a knowing that all you deserve, all you have ever wanted, God is bringing to you in this very now moment…Peace & Love

Unconditional Love and Freedom

August 23rd, 2009

Unconditional Love and Freedom go hand-in-hand.  They are one and the same for with unconditional love, our souls will know true freedom.  Freedom begins in the heart, not the mind.  The heart is where the embryo of love first plants a seed for growth and development.  When we are born, we already know unconditional love and compassion.  We are truly free until we begin to live on this planet.

A number of conditions arise once we are born into this world whether this is our first life or one of many.  Due to the gift of self-will that God gave us, we were given a choice in everything, how we live, where we live, how we treat others, and even how we are treated.  This may be a difficult pill to swallow for many, but all you see around you from the day you were born in this lifetime, you agreed to it.  You agreed to it before you actually lived in it not realizing the challenges you were to face due to your self-will and choices.  These cannot be predicted.  The end result remains the same, but the journey is of your own making.

If this doesn’t resonate with you, then stop reading at this point for I am here to share with you my truth and how it all works for me.  It first begins with loving you.  In order to truly love you, free yourself from your mind.  Understand that intelligence has its place, to be intellectual assists you with your life progress, but your mind will also make decisions against your heart and there, my friends, is when you are no longer free.

Freedom is a “state of heart”, not a “state of mind”.  Yes, we choose freedom just as we choose imprisonment of the mind, body, and soul; however, when freedom is chosen from the heart, it doesn’t matter where your physical body resides.  It doesn’t matter if you are sick or physically incapacitated.  It doesn’t matter if you are incarcerated.  As a matter of fact, if you would like validation of this, ask anyone who has suffered a major illness, or on their death bed.  They will tell you the same that it is their heart that is truly free, not their mind.  The heart is the last to speak from a dying person’s lips.  It all comes back to the heart no matter what.

Having said all of this, I bring you back to Unconditional Love and Freedom.  With Unconditional Love comes Freedom.  Freedom of the heart is to free you from the darkness of this world, from the ego, from the wounds of the soul, from the karmic energies of the past, and from all pain you may be feeling now.

How do I love me you ask?  By accepting who you are, your authentic self.  You are loved each and every moment of your life even if you do not love you.  You are loved even if you do not show love to others.  You are loved no matter what you have done in your life.  Only you can forgive you and love you.  It is your choice.  God gave you that gift of choice.  You are always loved in spite of yourself; therefore, forgive yourself, lift yourself up, and be free my friends, BE FREE…

Much blessings and love to you as you strive to know freedom of the heart with Unconditional Love…and so it is…

Unconditional Love and the “Stillness of the Soul”

June 4th, 2009

Today, I awoke with a sense of no focus on anything.  I was filled with thoughts that there is “nothing” for me to do today, but center myself and become one with nature.  The weather prediction today was of rain, but it began overcast and dismal.  I thought “rain” myself, but I also have been asking for “perfect temps” of between 70 and 75 degrees with the sun shining.  As the afternoon began to do its dance, the clouds cleared and blue skies reined upon me instead of raindrops.  The SUN is out and the temperature is a perfect 73 degrees.  Amazing, but to be expected for we are truly powerful creator beings.

All day I have been filled with a sense of “stillness”…  What does this mean?  What am I to do today?  I have my book, I have my partner’s book to begin self-publishing, I have work to do in my home, I have personal errands that I need to run, I have blog postings to read, music to review, so much to do and yet…I desire to do absolutely nothing from my higher spiritual self.  I decided to go out and commune with nature, speak with the SUN, and “listen” to the message.

I was inspired to write about the “Stillness of the Soul”.  Spirit relayed to me that now is the time to be “Still within our Soul”, to listen to the messages, for a major shift is occurring right now as of this writing.  We are all experiencing a change within us and the world.  It is appearing from the outside in, from “without to within” and we are to be “silent, quiet, at peace in our souls”, to truly embrace the “stillness of our soul”.  The time is now to be still and truly listen to your higher self…channeled directly from our Divine Source, God, the Universe.

I am sitting here and smelling sweet things and with a knowing that the reason I am unfocused on any “one thing” is because I AM to be “Still”…with a “Knowing” that the shift that is happening is for the positive good of me, my family, my friends, all loved ones, but most of all, the World…we are all in it together and it begins with a “stillness of the soul”, a feeling of just “being” within you, but mostly by being one with ALL of Mankind…ALL humans for we are now at a place in this time and space manifested into our reality, to truly embrace the very “stillness of the soul”.

Stop running around, stop going here and there, stop spreading your word or reading about the word, whatever it means to you, stop talking, just stop speaking, just STOP…BE STILL…

BREATHE…your job can wait, your family can wait, the world isn’t on a time watch, the world is waiting on you…the world is very STILL right now waiting on ALL of US to just BE STILL…

STOP!!!  Once you have truly stopped everything…then BREATHE…Meditate, Pray, Close your Eyes NOW…

NOW…PEACE will fill your heart…Let it fill you with an abundance of contentment, peace, everlasting peace…THIS IS HOW YOU WILL OPERATE HENCEFORTH…AT PEACE…

Lift yourself up now, wipe yourself off of all the previous thoughts, feelings, actions, and beliefs that you have carried with you for money, for material things, for acknowledgement, for recognition, for fame, for any of that…you are released from all that has held you in a place where you are immobilized by anything that doesn’t feed your mind, your ego…you are NOW in a place of tranquility, abundance, beauty, joy, and most of ALL…UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!!

By exercising the very “Stillness of the Soul” in this very NOW moment, you imagine you are at a Stoplight or Stop sign of your life.  Imagine that you have brought everything to a complete HALT …for only with the “Stillness of the Soul” will you see what is right in the NOW and coming into your life swiftly…Pay attention, listen, and most of all FEEL it for it is here right NOW…

Much love and blessings to you as you take this very critical moment to truly FEEL the “Stillness of the Soul”…
